This is a Gerber Format  PC CAD file. A laser-cut template is created from it that is used to apply solder paste to the boards. The only features this file should contain are the pads of the components to be assembled. It may also contain the board outline. Submit your Gerber file non-panelized even if you will be supplying panelized boards. Eagle CAD Users may download a .cam script from our downloads area  which will generate this file.
